Do not advertise a zombie

Post the notice.
Not the monster.

Horror art dies in a dark UI. The rule is one bright element against black — so ours is a lit civic notice, telling you the water is fine.

1 ·Key Art One mood · one focal point · readable in 0.5s
The bright element

Dark capsules vanish in a dark store UI. Ours resolves to one glowing white rectangle at thumbnail size — and the rectangle is a government notice, which is the whole pitch.

The frozen moment

No posed hero, no snarling creature. The moment is a page still lit after everyone has gone. Tension without a character to explain it.

Genre in one second

Ash fibre in the ground, a breached mark, and a reassurance nobody believes. The reader does the horror themselves — which is the server's entire method.

2 ·Standalone Logo Three treatments · dark direction · downloadable

Three finished treatments of the mark on the sealed ground. Every file below is generated from the same vector geometry at the moment you click it — no re‑export, no drift.

Sealed — the master

Pale on near‑black. Use everywhere by default: avatar, listing, overlay, loading screen. Highest contrast in the system at 10.85 : 1.

Restricted — duotone

The boundary holds in pale; the thing it excluded is in restricted red. For seals, warnings, season art and anything that must read as refused. Not a default.

Knockout — solid

The field filled and the growth cut out of it — the sealed state of the state series. Highest impact at small size; the merch and patch treatment.

Also on disk

A full raster pack is written to assets/raster/ — each treatment at 2048 / 1024 / 512 / 256 / 128 / 64 / 32 / 16 px PNG with transparency, JPEG at 2048 and 1024 flattened onto sealed, plus the SVG master. Sizes below 64 px automatically use the coarse master. 33 files.

3 ·Screensaver Wordmark on the district · export to 4K

Almost nothing: a black field, one small centred lockup, and a single spatter. Wallpaper, stream idle screen, Discord splash, loading background. Drawn to canvas at the target size, so a 4K export is genuinely 4K and not an upscaled screenshot.

Export

Every element — fibre field, vignette, mark and type — is redrawn at the requested resolution.

Composition

The stack is centred on its own measured height and sits fractionally above the midline, so it reads as centred rather than low. The box holds the centre line, not the mark's bounding box — the growth escapes to the left, and centring on that would push everything right. The spatter is offset to compensate.

A screensaver has to survive a taskbar, a clock and a stream overlay, so the outer thirds are left empty on purpose.

4 ·Poster Series Eight sheets · in‑world propaganda

Every poster is a document the district would actually have printed. The server address sits in the footer where the retention line goes — never in the headline. Split by what carries the sheet: type alone, or a photographic plate.

4.1 · Typographic — no image, no exceptions
4.2 · Plate‑led — photography carries it
5 ·Art Panels Image only · no type, no logo

Clean art with nothing laid over it — for wallpapers, Discord embeds, trailer frames and anything that needs the world without the pitch. The district after everyone stopped filing.

6 ·Banners & Signs Postable in world and out

Everything that gets fixed to a wall, a gate or the top of a page. In‑world signage and out‑of‑world banners are the same system — which is the point.

6.1 · Banners & headers
7 ·Social Kit Post the record, not the pitch

Research on FiveM promotion is consistent: posting your IP is ineffective and unwelcome. Share records and events, not the address. Every asset above is a document from the district — it reads as content, not an advert.

8 ·Launch Sequence Four beats · documents, in order
9 ·Artefacts Things players keep and share
10 ·Title Card Trailer end · three frames

Total run 4.5 s. No music sting — room tone, one page lifting on a hoarding, and a dry breath on the cut to black.

11 ·Merch & Print Sellable, and it stays in character
12 ·Campaign Rules Hard
Always
  • One bright element against black. The page is the light source.
  • A real form reference on every sheet — it costs nothing and it is the texture.
  • Server address in the footer, at retention‑line size. Never in the headline.
  • Post records and events. Reddit and Discord punish IP‑spam and reward artefacts.
Never
  • A creature on the key art. The Infected never front a campaign asset.
  • The word “zombie” in any institutional voice, mark or document — it is survivor slang only.
  • Neon, gradients, bevels, glow on the mark, or a skyline aesthetic.
  • Naming the cause, or teasing an answer the fiction will never give.
Not DeterminedCampaign · external exposure

Nothing on this sheet may be published externally until K1 closes. Treat every asset as provisional and marked so.

13 ·Plate Library Thirty‑seven plates · one grade

Every plate is shot to the same specification: overcast or sodium, roughly 18% saturation, lifted blacks, chalk highlights, no neon and no teal‑and‑orange. The growth is dry in every frame — nothing in this world is wet.
